Beta Support

WayTask is currently being tested through Apple TestFlight. Current beta testers may use Apple TestFlight Feedback to report unexpected behavior, recognition issues, or other beta observations.

Use the beta feedback channel

Open Apple TestFlight Feedback for your WayTask beta installation and describe what you experienced. Please avoid including passwords or other sensitive information.

Clear reproduction details make beta feedback easier to understand. When reporting a problem through TestFlight, include the following information when it is available:

  • WayTask version and build
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, where available

Why are store results missing or incomplete?

Store coverage and third-party map information can vary by location, so every store may not appear and some details may be incomplete. Check that location access is enabled, confirm your internet connection, and verify important store information directly before making a trip.

What should I do if AI product recognition is inaccurate?

AI recognition results are suggestions and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Review the result before saving it. A clear image with the product label visible and even lighting may help, and beta testers can report inaccurate results through Apple TestFlight Feedback.

Why is nearby-store functionality not working?

Nearby-store functionality requires location permission. Review WayTask’s location access in iOS Settings and try again with an internet connection. Even with permission enabled, available store coverage and third-party map data may differ by region.

Why are notifications not appearing?

Review WayTask’s notification permission in iOS Settings and check whether an active Focus mode is limiting notifications. If the issue continues, include the affected reminder, device details, and WayTask build number in your beta feedback.

How do I submit beta feedback?
